Half-day schools can be scheduled AM or PM, but the same school cannot use both halves of the same date. Full-day schools occupy the entire date.

Import a planner CSV to add visits and any missing schools. Existing visits are kept; identical duplicates are skipped. CSV does not include school addresses, colors, service windows, original visit requirements, or blocked dates. Review school details after moving your schedule.

Drag half-day visits between AM/PM slots or dates; full-day visits occupy the entire day. Payday boxes use the biweekly cycle anchored to 8/15/2026 → 8/20/2026.

Maximum visits per week. Available dates and the remaining visit total may result in fewer.
The fit check uses open weekdays and, when addresses are available, prioritizes nearby pairings. Tentative half-days also show the school scheduled before or after them that same day.
